Chamber of Commerce luncheon honors the best in the business For the Plano Chamber of Commerce it is all about doing good business and recognizing the efforts of the good business men and women in Plano. The group hosted the annual “Wild About Our Members Safari Party and Award Presentation” luncheon at the Summit Ballrooms on Thursday, September 25. This year’s recipients included Alice Hobbs, Plano Symphony Orchestra, Athena Award; Ray Huffines, Huffines Chevrolet, Business Executive of the Year; Maco Amoyo, Bullet Graphics, Fred Moses Minority Business Development Award; and Richard Butterly, Poor Richard’s Cafe, Small Business Person of the Year.
